ABOUT OUR FOUNDER
Randell Phalp is a certified travel advisor with over a decade of combined corporate, military and leisure travel experience. A 24-year veteran of the US Armed Forces (USN Submarine Service, and US Army Medical Command), Randy traveled extensively during his military career.
While on active duty, with a Community Based Warrior Transition Unit, Randy was responsible for the movement of wounded, ill and injured soldiers to/from continued medical care, as well as to disability evaluation and separation processing boards across five-states. Upon retirement, he entered his civilian career in travel serving as an on-site agent for a major travel management company.
Today, he specializes in group, multi-generational, and Christian Mission travel, with an emphasis on Special Needs accommodation. He is a Certified Travel Associate of The Travel Institute, the industry's leading training and certification body, dedicated to advancing the professionalism of the travel industry.
